Developed by the Goldie Hawn Foundation, MindUP is a CASEL-accredited program designed for students in Pre-K–5. It builds mindfulness, emotional regulation, and empathy to create a calm, inclusive, and emotionally supportive learning environment.

Core Practice: The "Brain Break"

We practice daily breathing exercises to reduce stress and improve focus, giving students the tools to reset and ready their minds for learning.
